About the Project
For the Auckland Domain Winter Gardens, Steelguard carried out a comprehensive refurbishment to restore the historic steel structures.
Our team focused on preserving the architectural integrity of the heritage building while ensuring its long-term durability and performance. Using specialist techniques, we addressed areas affected by wear and corrosion, bringing the steel back to a resilient condition. The project combined craftsmanship with modern restoration methods, allowing the Winter Gardens to continue being a landmark feature for visitors to enjoy for years to come (1268).
